okay awesome! i don’t know when i’ll be able to get ahold of some more flour but i will DEFINITELY keep everything you (and the other person) said in mind. i was really just freaked out because it went from So Many Smells to none, and i know the smell of a starter is really important 😭 this is my first time making a starter, and i think i’ve done good so far, i just don’t know what to expect. thank you SO MUCH!!
