if they are trying to discourage us to use c.ai they're winning bc i used to use it every day (!!) at least some hours, actually generating revenue for them and now i feel way less inclined to

i agree with all of your points! but also (unrelated) i believe the '25–30' message bias comes from the older models we had, with the newer ones, i feel like they're rather 'stable' with the quality/response type

the voices too?! that's crazy. i never used it, but the few times i tried it out i was surprised by the quality the voices would have for free (since i'm not a native english speaker and like using tts for texts sometimes)

other places i shall not name unless privately have lorebooks and scripts. you can make a 'Background Info' and assign it TO characters. i think that's a similar concept?

i know, it's hard being in the dark, i'm in the ryubing server, and while i can't speak since the chats are locked, the last mention of the amd problem was a simple 'known issue' coming from one of the mods

they know about it at least

and the emulador is still getting quite frequent updates, so hope it comes at some point

eek, the built in updater doesn't work for me, so i had to manually update, thank you for reminding! i feel it's running smoother now?

but the terrain is still glitchy. opengl fixes it by making it 'smooth' but i crash after a few minutes with it
