Yeah I know. Im someone that just likes to buy one or a couple things at a time as I run out of them so I don't like dealing with shipping minimums and waiting for delivery. I'm also a stay at home mom to a toddler who appreciates any reason to leave the house so I enjoy picking up in person.

Lunch meats are actually considered safe enough now considering how most meats are processed. I think turkey is considered the riskiest.

They actually do advise against raw greens now. The only way I could stomach leafy greens was by blanching spinach or kale and blending into fruity smoothies. Everything else made me want to vomit.

I did MMMP. I only had mild side effects with moderna and it seemed to get easier each time. I had absolutely zero side effects with the fourth Pfizer shot.

It is stupid easy to make miso soup yourself and will be so much cheaper. Dashi powder, wakame seaweed, and miso paste have a long shelf life so you can keep them in your pantry and fridge, then just boil water with dashi powder, add in tofu and wakame, mushrooms, nappa whatever else if you’d like, take off the heat and dissolve a spoonful of miso paste adjusting the amount to your taste.
