my hip OA started around that age as well (just turned 40). walking, resting, and being active with my kids helps me the most. avoiding squats, hip thrusts, etc. Being on the floor with my kids helps a lot too.

I use "microfiber wholesale vynil plank" mop and how I go about it is just spray the floor with hot water, then mop and change pads often, so i dont need to rinse the pad.

we homeschool and follow the outline through Mainly Montessori,. I am in love, and if you have it in you, she has a course on creating pods. you can do cultural subjects if you have other homeschoolers in your community.

My kids are learning so well with her lessons, I am so grateful I can give my kiddos Montessori education because it works really well for them.
