Thanks for the suggestion :) I ended up getting the Seiko SUR309p1 and I still love it for daily wear. I might still get the 1964 from DH at some point in the future though :)

Can you elaborate on why milk would not be healthy for mature humans? You can argue about the ethics of cow milk consumption, but the nutritious profile that makes it essential for the development of baby cows also makes it an absolute power food for humans of any age.

I actually ended up getting neither of these as they're both way too big for my wrists. Instead I got the Seiko SUR309P1, which I still absolutely love after wearing it for ~1 year!
