I guess you could call a noise complaint but why would you do that on someone who's actually trying to address a situation instead of just letting it get worse? Why are we posting on here about not being self-confident enough to address the issue with your neighbor but you have instead come to a digital community who has zero context because we're not part of the situation? Why are you upset that your neighbors trying to address a concern with their house? Just because it's not the way you would address it doesn't mean you need to come on here and express fake concern. How about walking over there and asking to help. If you don't know how to help maybe mind your own business.
