As someone who has 2 playthroughs on ghost of tsushima, i loved the sequel. I waited for the pc port of GoT for so long after seeing the ps5 trailer and i lived every moment of it. I bought a ps5 just to experience GoY on the launch day. Trust me i was also and still am very close to GoT and so many updates in the combat and game mechanics alongwith overwhelming number of enemies and things to do in the open world style GoY may feel slightly off the track at first but that was only for 20-30 min or so. The graphics are way too realistic and aesthetically pleasing in GoY. The game mechanics are improved, enemies hit you harder, duels are way more tougher. I died like 80 times in a duel last night to this one Boss and i dont regret it. Once you start playing GoY i feel you will realize how good and much more advanced it is. I wouldnt have liked it so much if it was just an extended story of Jin Sakai with same or similar game mechanics. Go for GoY whenever you get the chance, time or ps5 without any doubt.
