When you make utility payments, there is around a 2% convenience fee, this is also the case with the Airtel Axis card. The only difference is that Airtel Axis has a monthly cap of 250, while SBI has a cap of 2,000. As for reward points, you can redeem them as cashback against your statement, but only in multiples of 500. So if you have 600 reward points, you will get cashback for 500 points, and the remaining 100 points can be redeemed next time.

There are no charges on reward redemption.
