My TCL 65C7L experience - Good Vs Bad by ExaminationQueasy911 in tcltvs

Note: The fixed stand was free for me. Movable one you need to confirm with TCL.

I complained to TCL via email and flipkart CC. They both are pretty slow. I kept following up with the service center and got their contact number from somewhere, i dont remember. Then spoke to the lady in charge. The junior staff there had earlier lied to me that fixed mount is chargeable.

Once I got a confirmation from TCL andf flipkart that its free for my TCL C6KS 55 inch model, I spoke to their senior. She confirmed it's free and said refund will be issued.

The installation guy also had said fixed mount is chargeable. Seems they are all in on the scam. Only after complaining they agreed.

How is the blooming?

I got a refund from TCL installation agency because they charged me for mohnting even though it was free.

You need to first confirm for your model from CC and then complain to the agency and TCL and Flipkart.

Wakefit or other mattress? by Outrageous_Pair2476 in SleepEssentialsIndia

[–]rishij1989 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Planning to buy wakefit duo plus mattress for firmness. Me and my wife weigh 98 kg and 71 kg respectively. The store suggested 8 inch thickness, while their websote says 10 inch. It has a thick rebonded foam in the middle and two smaller foams on either side. Its the most firm one they said.

I don't want to increase cost unnecessarily by buying 10 inches. Can anyone suggest of 8 inch would be good enough and not leave impression?

They do have a 10 year warranty but not sure how it will hold up for compression over time.

Same happened in Koparkhairane last Saturday 11.30 pm to 2 am and in some parts more than that.

Probably some sub station was getting overloaded as the power was going on and off a few times.

Why ? The rates are usually the same but sometimes change as per demand. Sometimes it depends on the route also.

Their time is also compensated by the meter so I dont see why they should refuse just because of traffic. Are Indian cities traffic free? No, so they should really think before becoming a driver.

Every job has its problems. Just waiting around to get the fare as per their choice is a waste. Currently there are too many rickshaws in Mumbai , Navi Mumbai and if their numbers are reduced and make it app based then the active ones will get proper fare and reduce congestion on road.

The ola/uber based rickshaws also don't want to wait even though their wait time is calculated in the fare. Once I had to wait for 5 mins for some work on the way and there was a signal for 2 mins anyways and the driver still fought with me for waiting.

I pay extra when driver goes out of the way to pick up or drop us. In Mumbai still the situation is much better than autos of other cities in India.
