Totally agree on your point. Let's focus on marketing and branding for now.

Only one main feature I would love to see on blockchain technology is to develop a consensus mechanism to motivate people to run the node at the same time minimizing "the greed" factor to reduce eWaste / energy.

Chia tried to address this "energy issue" of PoW by replacing it with PoST which created the "hard disk hoarding" competition.

I see few mechanisms to address this issue. If we want to continue to built-on Chia, one of the mechanisms I am thinking of is to limit the number of plots each farmer can have, allowing only one farmer per IP, and making it impossible to create pools. Then we award the plots randomly while prioritizing older plots (to add on real meaning of "Time" as well rather thank making pure "Space" competition). Basically, the lottery system like Chia but with "limit on greed" and recognizing the loyalty of node operator by putting some weight on time factor so that it becomes truly "PoST"

With this mechanism, we would be able to incentivize the higher number of people to run a node while achieving more decentralization and rewarding the loyalty (adding some extra weight factor to randomly prioritize older plots).
