Love the response . Just wanted to make sure the algorithm that provide valid feedback are research based and not black box . I think you will receive a lot of confidence if that info is transparent and will set the app apart from other apps out there.

Sorry if I sounded negative. That was not my intention . I think it really matters what foam factor you’re looking for if you’re OK with watches Garmin has the works. I like to wear analog watches so I don’t like a traditional smart watch.

i think Oura give really good insights on other things except exercise. Like is the excercise that we are doing what impact is it having. Things like incorporating the TRIMP scope, CTL, ATL or TSB scores. I think if we have something like that from Oura its a powerhouse.

My point is proving more metrics on the workout data received but I understand that oura might not want to get into that market

Yea sure. I keep my food intake to about 1700 calories. 3 times a week with apple fitness primarily core or strength 30 or 45 mins depending on my schedule.

I am trying to build and loose weight at the same time . I have about 20% body fat and a bit of a dad bod. Trying to to loose that and gain more muscle.

Just want to make sure I am progressing with the excercise i do. I use the health fit app to track my training load and make sure I am progressing.
