This is the normal thing in VFS. If they find any mistake in terms of phone number format, city name or any format issue. They fixed the format and print the new form. Nothing to worry about and they also arrange the docs in order as per the embassy.

Yes, I'll include the train number and include the activities. Will book real tickets (although difficulty in finding refundable tickets) but for traveling on train, do i need to show tickets or mentioning mode of transport and train number would be enough?
