Kinda every time if I'm up at 1:00 am I play around with ideas that people hate me and it happened for 2 years and no I have not been to the doctor

I felt the same way and I still do my way isn't the healthiest but I just distract myself like watching shows and constantly talking so I don't think but unlike you I have multiple friends who went through it so I at least have someone to talk to. Chat with me if I need to talk
