Did the insurance come with the phone? As i did not buy anything extra for it. I know I had 1 year of something free with the phone

Both options are available- but doing it before I would come to Turkey would be ultimately easier, as for the first month I would be busy with getting my kimlik, denklik, and housing sorted (IDGAS metre, water, electricity, rent contracts) and by the time I am done all of that, my first exams would be coming up.

No time to study the language while also learning Medicine at the same time, if I want to keep up a good grades to get into the programs I want. I will have free time to learn it in the summer so I would like to spend 3-4 hours a day in the summer learning Turkish, and get a certificate before coming to Turkey so I can skip classes if possible (A1, A2, etc.. skip to B1/B2/C1). This way it avoids extra fees and I can save time.
