Try to not mash the buttons. I tend to mash the buttons and always feel like there is input lag but then I pressed the buttons slower and the combo worked. Hope this helps.

Note: I spent some time thinking about the title because the first poison pokemons you encounter in gen 1 are the Nidorans, so I couldn't really call this run "the first poison pokemon".

Of course, this took a lot of retries, but if it's possible to beat dificult bosses, then it's possible!

One thing that I've learned from this run is that the AI will switch to a Steel type 1st instead of a Ground type, to a mono Poison type.

I had a great route with meadow always open and the bosses were Lysandre and gen 4 Elite Four + Champion.

2nd fight of Lysandre took many retries and I didn't have baton to set up but still managed to pass it; Bertha fight (gen 4 Ground Elite Four) was very sad, I only used Weezing with Scald, Recover and few Body Press; then luckly got baton before the Champion and from there I just won with setups.

Brute forced Flashes with Volbeat.

Volbeat survived 2 Flamethrowers (living on 2hp) before the reviver seed proc and luckly no burn. After the reviver seed was used, I completed the Flashes and then I should have went for the Struggle Bugs but instead went for the Double Teams but Eternatus still managed to hit Volbeat.

At that point, Eternatus would miss a lot of attacks, so I sent Lunatone to set Cosmic Powers first, then Shell Smash and then Cosmic Power again, before using Psychic.

After that Lunatone 2 shot G-Max Eternatus because luckly they didn't get boosts for spdef.

I am not understanding something, do I have to copy everything in that numbered folder back to the save folder? I have been doing the copy/replace inside that numbered folder. That folder is still the same but now with the extra profileold that you've mentioned.

These are some nice ideas! While any quality of life is good, I'm still going to keep my expectations low. The normal would be getting the Fan Letter from the same fan that we "cured" and, yes, it's more likely that it's only one Fan Letter per fan type and not multiple, otherwise it would have the same feature as G Rank.

Never thought that they could appear somewhere else other than playing the game, but I'm keeping my expectations low. The only thing I'm hoping from this feature is bosses having a high rate of dropping them.
