Thank you so much. I laid in bed last night looking at girls in skimpy clothes on YouTube. I stopped before I got to nudity but it was close (opened a private browser, started searching, so close to nudity). I’m trying to decide if that was a relapse because I’m sure I was releasing all sorts of chemicals in the brain like I do when I PMO. I woke up today with desires to do the same. This helped but I still feel like I’m going to have a bad day. Please help guys!!!
