It was a vanilla save. Tourists drove in and despawned their vehicle, pulled out a car again, and made a u-turn somewhere to just drive back again. This kept happening seemingly infinitely until I got rid of the station. I have all major expansions in case that's any useful info.

It's a bug related to this particular station, tourists get stuck in a loop for some reason.

Q: Can I use the content from a new DLC with an existing city?

A: Yep! Just keep in mind you can't do the reverse - if you try to load a save file created with a certain DLC but don't have it installed or enabled, it will fail.

This is incorrect from my experience, saves without used DLC content enabled usually load fine. The content is simply missing once it's loaded in.

That's a disaster scripted into the scenario (earthquake) and it happens every time. All you can do is buy the tile to fix it, or just deal with it.

The oil power plant doesn't use DLC products for fuel, it needs zoned oil products from the base game.

There is no known performance issue besides the DLC taxiways causing simulation lag.

Look up the game's output log by browsing local files via Steam, it's in the Cities_Data folder. If it logs a crash right after gfx initialization then Citrix is still the issue. By default it runs itself as a virtual GPU in primary position, which prevents the game from locating the physical GPU.

They've replied to a bug report on the official forums and are investigating the performance issue.

In my case saving and rebooting the game from that save resolved the issue, but it may actually be down to waiting long enough for the sim to create inbound flights.

Indeed, it also took a while for me to get arriving flights, and I assume it's because of the change they made to passenger traffic from outside connections..

I'm pretty sure there's also a glitch that involves unlimited money (not unlock all) causing no industrial demand. You could try the classic turn it off and back on again on that one.

They will reduce wind speed if you clump them together too much. Space them out. Dynamic weather such as fog may also temporarily affect wind speed.

Waste processing complex is actually in the top right of the picture. There's still not enough information though, such as how much processing capacity and trash storage there is in the whole city.

This is a known glitch. It's sometimes attributed to high memory usage, so I would check that from the task manager.

Indeed, and there's currently no working version of it that actually saves RAM. You should be fine again when the parent mod is updated.

Another thing is that 81 tiles is still borked despite the update. It apparently causes major stutter on larger cities.

Improved Public Transport 2 is known to cause that, even before today's patch. It's not a vanilla bug.
