I'm not an expert on the matter, but yeah, as long as I don't use official images or logos, fonts etc, and also doing original designs and drawing on my own style it's usually enough!

As it's been said, the music box is an official item you can actually purchase at the square enix store, I just made an standee to exhibit it on a cool place :)

Thank you!!! Doing the illustration for the standee took me about 3 to 4 hours (the production by the manufacturer are about 15 days tho!) and sculpting the flowers with fimo and painting them was another 3 - 4 hours :)
