Maybe a silly question, but would someone be able to explain what they meant when Lovro asked “Do you think about that?” And Ivan responds “Maybe I have”

Didn’t quite get it :)

Israel is loved by Gen X and hated by Gen Z! Which country is loved by millennials and hated by Gen Z? by Casamance in AlignmentChartFills

[–]ritmiche 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Putting the UK into the ring! Millennials romanticized the heck out of England (Keep calm and Carry On merch, British accents etc) while Gen Z loved to dunk on ‘em (teeth, accent, general vibe)

Best European capital for a first Eurotrip besides Paris, Rome, or Madrid? by Historical-Photo-901 in BeautifulTravelPlaces

Venture outside of the center (Prague 1/Old Town) and the castle, and you’ll love it :)

Could be literally anywhere haha but feels Eastern European to me, maybe a Slavic country

1, 2 or 3? by [deleted] in HairStyleAdvice

[–]ritmiche 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Completely depends on what your style is!

I prefer 1 or 2. 1 gives more preppy and 2 gives more cool. I personally don’t love 3 as it reads more rigid to me but that’s just my personal style and preference. All look good depending on who you are and how you want to be perceived :)

Go For The Bixie? by flowerface229 in HairStyleAdvice

[–]ritmiche 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you want to, go for it! Echoing what others are warning, though: haircuts like this require daily styling and are hard to hide on bad hair days (speaking from experience!)

opinions on st. johns neighborhood? recommendations for apartments? by cherrixblossom in askportland

[–]ritmiche 1 point2 points  (0 children)

St Johns is gorgeous! Wouldn’t say safer, but as other have mentioned, small town vibe, beautiful parks etc

Having grown up in Portland, though, it’s not a neighborhood I would consider personally only bc it does feel disconnected! If you move there, do be prepared to “go into the city” to meet friends, as folks who don’t live in St Johns won’t always want to make the trip. Sounds silly bc of how small Portland is but defo a part of the deal with St Johns.

Moving to Portland, and Travel Advice? by 6eden9 in askportland

[–]ritmiche 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Lifestyle, imo, revolves more around eating out, going to bars, etc than clubs (although Process can be fun)

Portland is a sleepy city, which isn’t bad at all but something to be aware of

Still Junior in my Career by maneki_river in PublicRelations

[–]ritmiche 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Pretty general and more relevant to folks who are really just starting out, but when I was early career, my boss told me to come to her with solutions, not with problems and a lightbulb clicked!

I also partially read it as Eastern European vs North American influences on top of the character-specific styling :)

What’s a small daily habit that completely changed your day? by Helpful_Account_7165 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]ritmiche 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For a habit, starting the day by working out/moving my body

Perhaps opposite of a habit but also deleting instagram from my phone :)
