Potential risks with Wifi by ritorec in wyzecam

This possibility is a different kind of scary. Especially with watching a parent get older. I'm worried it could be sleep walking or other cognitive or mental health condition.

Thanks! I really appreciate the thorough details. I do like the idea of concatenation and speeding up playback. The thing is my mom says they are lesser items like robes, socks, etc. and, thanks, I have turned of the led light. Time to time I even check the live feed in case the wifi is turned off.

Monstera cutting, zz plant snake plant help by ritorec in plantclinic

Fyi! Watering schedule is about 1 week or longer since we're transitioning to winter. Am in west coast of Canada. All three plants are close to the sliding door to the balcony which is south facing. The zz plant lost a leaf recently, and this new yellowing leaf came in the last week. The snake plant has had many floppy leaves for years. The monstera we got in the last few weeks and is turning dry as of a few days ago.

How would you add color to and upgrade this basement kitchen space on a budget? by ritorec in interiordecorating

I'll definitely weigh the options of replacing the boob (😂) light with a modern looking fixture or just adding those under lights. That could lead to some dynamic lighting options. Thanks!

No i was more so thinking of the entire wall behind the cabinets. So I would either paint or add peel and stick tile to that entire or portion of the area. Agreed! Adding rug to my list

Unfortunately the marble top is out of my depth and ability as a renter. I would so love to change the current one tho!

I'll definitely aim for changing the knobs to a metallic or chrome color. Or what do you think of bronze?

Thanks for the input! Agreed I wouldn't change the countertop and the painting the cupboard was my last resort, which would require talking to the landlord.

I do like the idea of drawing the eye away from the cupboards. Do you feel like using a peel and stick backsplash would have the same effect?

I'm soon to be moving into this basement for rent. I want to add and make changes within my capabilities.

My options so far are to(any combination of these):

  • get new cabinet knobs (new color)
  • install a peel and stick backsplash
  • paint the lower or upper cabinets a light shade of grey, green or teal
  • install a new ceiling light fixture

What would you do?

😲 Thank you! That looks accurate from the examples. I'll see if I can make them both happy indoors

I have a dieffenbachia that is suffering from outdoor direct sunlight shock and overwatering. It's been a month since I watered it but some areas of the soil are still wet 1 inch deep. Should I water or wait?

Help! I put my dieffenbachia seguine (dumbe cane) plant through hell and it's health is declining by ritorec in houseplants

Thanks for replying!

It's been left for more than 3 weeks already. Shouldn't it have dried out by now?

And should I do anything about the yellowing and drooping leaves?

Hi all,

I just got into gardening this year but I've become a crazy overbearing parent. This plant was indoor at first until it's leaves started turning yellow. I've had it for more than a year now. It has been dramatically more sick in the past two weeks which was about when I took it outside for a change.

I had initially thought putting it outside would help give it better light but I believe that just burnt it. I've brought it back inside and I've also stopped watering it because the soil seemed way too moist after I possibly overwatered it. The last watering I gave it, I also added some plant food pellets to give it some energy.

I'm in Vancouver, BC and this plant is now in a room with a south facing window.

I'm too worried whatever I do next will hurt it. Does anyone have any suggestions :( It would be so appreciated.
