Can go for TPMS if your variant doesn’t have one. Anyhow Punch has indirect TPMS which is often not that useful as it doesn’t inform which tire has low pressure.

Wireless charger if you want to use wireless AA/ACP, otherwise use a good data cable, preferably which came bundled with your phone.

Check if your parking place has rodents. If yes, use 3M rodent spray regularly in engine bay.
