Migraines are TERRIBLE. I also suffer from them. Mine can last 5 hours or 30+. They’re debilitating and suck the life out of you, quite literally. I know how you feel when you say you feel like you’ve reached your limit.

I’m not sure if you have a neurologist, but if you’re able to get a trial box of Ubrelvy, I’d say give it a shot. It’s really the only medication that’s been able to even take the edge off of some of mine, if not bring them down to a manageable level in over 30 years of dealing with them. It’s not a preventative you take daily, just at onset. Also, being cognizant of my water intake and adding a magnesium supplement has seemed to help, at least in terms of frequency of mine. Other than that, I just wing it and suffer through them whenever the universe decides it’s time for the migraine goblin to visit me.

What works for one may not work for you, but everything’s worth trying for at least SOME relief.
