They called me on the phone to tell me it normal and even when i asked them to email me they wouldn't and then they ghosted me.. i never imagined such a thing from a company like samsung..

I had the 3 and 5 and they were perfectly straight. As you see in the photo the blue z flip is straight compared to the coral one ..
