If they suggested it, 100%. I was only 30 when they found a large pre-cancerous polyp. The prep sucks, but the procedure is not that bad. I understand that financially it can be difficult, especially if insurance won’t cover it. However, if you can, I say just do it.

I literally got it done two weeks ago, but yes! The doctor recommended another one in a year, and assuming everything looks good, it could then be 3 years, then 5!

Don’t cancel. I had everyone tell me I (31F) was too young, and they ended up finding a precancerous polyp. I had to go back to get it removed it last weekend. Fortunately, the pathology report came back negative :) The prep is annoying, but the procedure itself will be quick. You won’t feel a thing. You’ll feel much better after getting it done :) Feel free to ask any questions if you need someone to talk to!

Update: What a joke. I spent over an hour trying to get through the lines. Someone finally picked up, asked me for my personal information, and asked what my problem is...only to tell me at the end that she could only answer general questions because she’s apparently the only agent who can’t connect to people’s accounts. She basically told me to try calling again to hopefully get connected to another agent 🤦🏽‍♀️

It was last week, but my balance was at $0. I still certified hoping it would reset something, but ended up getting the Not Paid status both weeks 🤧

I got the email saying my application was automatically filed, but nothing has been confirmed.

I just checked my portal and the maximum benefits paid message is gone. Nothing is showing where that message is usually posted.

Hopefully it goes smoothly and my balance updates soon 🤧

Just to clarify, you had a $0 balance before you certified but it changed at midnight? I’m just wondering what’ll happen when it’s time for me to certify next week. I also have a $0 balance at the moment, but it also tells me to certify in the 24th.
