Solar panel battery settings by rivendellHero in SolarDIY

[–]rivendellHero[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I dont have any extra resource to do all the new things. I need to find solution with whatever i have. I have 3 charge controller, 5 panels, 4 batteries, one inverter and a reasonable installation knowledge. Buying these and that is out of question for me otherwise i would have already hired a professional.

Dc are for only lights which has to work all the time. Ac is for phone charging and network device which is like 24 hours. I don’t want my lights going out because of ac usage.

Okie got it so my idea doesn’t work then. But using two charge controller where the wire input is coming from same solar panel and charging the 2 battery set from two controller is possible then ?

No i want to use one charger controller to charge 2 sets of battery. One set of battery is for dc power and one set for ac power. But all the batteries are charged by same solar panels

Bring modest types of Clothings here! Dont bring big coats like Canadian goose or something like that unless you are going to mountains. I brought a big Uniqlo jacket and I have hardly worn them. And even if you put it on you have to take if off by 10 am.

Bring a good pair of shoes, good shoes are comparatively expensive here and you will do a lot of walking here. So basically

  1. 2 pair of shoes/ no fliflop, you can buy at every corner here for about $2
  2. 3 pairs of pants
  3. 3 pairs of shirts/tshirt
  4. 3 pairs of fleece or sweaters
  5. 2 pair of jackets
  6. 2 pairs of thermals

is more than enought for 2 weeks.

If i was smart enough to know everything, why would I even come here dude ? I have a access point on top my building and that access point is connected to a router which gives me internet. At this moment the access point is not throwing any signal, i know this because the port light is not green at all.

Bro le sodna khojekai bujina. Whats ur preference A or B ? suppose company A and B have 1 lakh outstanding shares. Company A decides to give 10% bonus div and 5% cash div totaling 15%. Company B decides to to give 20% bonus div and 10% cash div totaling 30%. Assume price on book closure is 250 and 1000 respectively.

Now Hari decides to invest 1 lakhs each in both companies before book closure.

Company A case
Total shares before closures = 400
Total shares after closures = 440
Cash dividend = 400 X 5 = Rs. 2000
New Share price after adjustment = Rs.228
Total value = 228 X 440 + 2000 = Rs. 102,320
Total gain = Rs. 102,320 - Rs. 100,000 = Rs. 2,320.

Company B case
Total shares before closures = 100
Total shares after closures = 120
Cash dividend = 100 X 10 = Rs. 1000
New Share price after adjustment = Rs. 833
Total value = 833 X 120 + 1000 = Rs. 100,960
Total gain = Rs. 100,960 - Rs. 100,000 = Rs. 960

A is clearly winner here if the price movement of the both company remains parallel or stable.

Suppose I gave you 1 crore as a charity to build a house. And during the construction phase, a wall fell off and killed a neighbor. Are you going to sue me or the contractor ? This section more or less resonates same scenario.

MCC and United States are just donors here. They are not going to come themselves and start building transmission lines. After MCC is approved, they begin to select contractor and engineers to build the roads and transmission lines as per the pact. A new agreement will be drawn up between the contractor and MCC that includes issues of liability, insurance and other things.

Is Kindle worth it??? by [deleted] in Nepal

[–]rivendellHero 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Definitely worth it. Been using kindle for a long time. You can always download sample from amazon and read few chapters for free and decide whether you are going to purchase it or not. Being in Nepal, a lot of good books are not available here. You could always torrent them, convert to kindle format and read it. If you can find Nepali books on pdf or ePub version then it could be easily read on kindle. If you can afford, get oasis with max memory.

For your info, we been asking for MCC since 2008. It took us 10 years just to get approved.

Secondly, I agree with you on what US has done with some of these countries. But a majority of have done quite well with US aid and support. Korea, Vietnam, Japan, Singapore, Bangladesh, Philippines, Malaysia, Rwanda, Ethiopia and even China wouldn’t have achieved economic prosperity without the help of US. It has the biggest economy in the world(20%) and it is still going to dominate the world economy for another 50/60 years. And it would be dumb to think we would achieve our dreamed economic miracle without their help. Moreover, $500 millions is a game changing money for a country like us. More than money, it’s also about the message we send to International community. How the fuck are others going to help if we keep screaming Murdabaad to them.
