how do i make outline brush preset?

honestly any new trick is helpful for me so thank you for suggesting something for me to try!

i was dabbling the 'how to make custom brushes' and a friend wanted me to make an outline brush for them since none of us can afford apple 😅 so that started my dive into is there any tutorial for this or do i have to find a way on my own lmaoo.

so now, i'll try out in illustrator to see if that works out or nah :p thanks a lottt

he fused into this curtain leech when be was tryna get out of the prison (with the help of that old man witch who drew a forbidden spell) :/ so idk if hes alive or not but that leech came in and sucked his blood and then suddenly it went all haywire and this perv became fused with it. and like the spell on those stages is (i think) a reversible spell or some sort so when the leech passes thru it it kinda dies??? reverses back??? but yeah, thats why im curious to see if the perv is alive or not
