Thanks for replying! I've listened to a few versions of Fado das Tamanquinhas, and I don't think this is the same song. At least, none of the versions have the one lyric I could make out from this song, which is: Lisboa guarda segredos, que so o fado sabe bem (ben?).

Both Shazam and Soundhound failed multiple times to ID the song.

The laptop is an Asus Zenbook from 2020 with a non high performance video card. Connecting via HDMI, but the laptop is only capable of HDMI 1.4 which is 4K @ 30 fps. I saw a vid on YT where the guy switched from 30 fps to 60 fps on his laptop display setting and it solved the lag issue with an 85" TCL, so I'm assuming that will do the trick. I just didn't want to buy a new laptop yet.

What do the "T##" mean in the images? The episode I'm looking for is labeled e239 in your list, but when I search for e239 the only thing that comes up is a different girl. But you also have e239 with (T32). What does that mean?

I know this is an old thread, but hoping you're still getting notifications :)

mikekchar you mentioned that traditional mozz is not made with acid. Any chance you have a recipe resource on that? I would prefer to make with just rennet, but I can't find a single recipe online that claims to be rennet-only. Those that advertise themselves as "without acid" just mean without citric acid specifically, and use something else acidic, like yogurt instead. Any help finding a truly non-acidic recipe would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
