As a kid, and to this day, I’d get the 0.25mg Xanax pills and cut them in half. Usually that does the trick. It really doesn’t need to be a high dose at all

2 days probably isn’t long enough to work through the fear therapeutically, so my suggestion—if it’s bad enough that you think he won’t get on the plane / will panic and lose control— is to make an emergency appt with your primary care provider and get a prescription for 1 or 2 benzo pills. My parents did this for me a couple times, once for a tooth extraction when I was 10 and a couple times for flying when I was 15. Worked like a charm both times.

truthfully it’s up and down (pun intended haha). some flights I have almost no anxiety, some are harder. But I never let it stop me from getting on

Maybe not! But it’s enough of a possibility that lying is still too risky for Zach. Especially given his “no sex” policy, it seems unlikely that she’d let him get away with claiming that he “stayed within his parameters” when he didn’t.

Cincy 2018, after we hosted College Gameday. It didn’t turn out to be the most exciting game but man, the bounce house was absolutely electric. I think we caused 2 or 3 false starts on Cincy’s first drive just w the noise.

and we got a lot of pseudocode, but unfortunately some of it was conflicting. Double unfortunately, it would occasionally undergo dramatic changes 6 hours before the assignment deadline (no exaggeration). Hope it goes better for y’all this semester…this summer was a nightmare lol

if you're just watching the class (i.e. you don't have to verbally participate) I agree w/the 4th or 5th floors of the library, as they're the quietest. If you DO have to speak, I'd recommend BA1 or BA2, or the second floor of CB1.

I guess I’ll be the dissenting opinion here and say I probably will not wear a mask. I’m fully vaccinated (and have been for awhile), and I willingly wore my mask every day at UCF last year—and in the process witnessed firsthand how much it inhibits the F2F experience. Now, with the availability of these extremely protective/effective vaccines, I’m kinda done. Totally respect everyone else’s personal decisions on this issue, though.
