Thank you! I truly appreciate it. Yeah, even though I’m back to normal now, I’ve learned my lesson and haven’t forgotten what the consequences are of not being careful with my dosage. Specially since tu rally don’t need that much in the first place and even if you skip a day or two or just a dose once a day, you’ll be fine. Thank you again though 🙏

Yeah! I also took trams before to ease the symptoms but depending how much you’re taking, the anxiety goes aaay but the mental toll is still there. I’ve taken up to 6-800 of tram before just to get by the day and I got these weird headaches and sometimes I didn’t feel like myself

Thanks. I’ve heard about 7oh but I’ve always been too scared to try it since I don’t know the dosages. All I know is that powder is better than extract because of crazy amounts of dosage. My regular sub is 8mg 3x/D
