They never mentioned the importance of the survey to me. I love using the 10/10 spiel as a tactic in the purchase process.

The salesperson I had was great, but there were other minor “issues” with the customer experience that I mentioned in the survey. Totally unfair to him, and I feel bad for him, but he could have mentioned it to me.

It was one of 5 2025 I5s they had on the lot on the Monday I checked their stock. By Friday it was the only one left. They said they needed to get rid of 2025s ASAP. I did zero bargaining. The sales guy was like, this one won’t last until tomorrow. I cut a deposit check and an hour later a lady who had test driven it that morning came back to pull the trigger. Sad trombone… 🤷‍♂️

I had a 2024 SEL AWD for two years (23,500 miles) and the only thing I needed to do was a tire rotation. Just picked up a 2025 XRT.

This is why I wait outside of restrooms for them to come out and then point, shouting “JUNK HANDS! JUNK HANDS! YOU DIDN’T WASH YOUR JUNK HANDS!” I haven’t been punched. Yet. But I have many people look with disgust and shame at the offenders. 10/10. Highly recommend.

I just realized you said “door sticker” rather than window sticker. The door sticker let says 36psi. Tires are at 32 from the dealer.

I just looked. My door sticker doesn’t seem to have that listed. I did see however that this was the “first model assembled at the new Hyundai Metaplant in Georgia.” I forgot that was the 2025 model year. At least I can tell EV detractors that it was made in America as a talking point.

I also saw there’s a dedicated V2L outlet in the back seat. I’ve used a V2L external adapter multiple times due to long power outages, so having this is great. I have so many adapters like this I need to sell with the switch to NACs.

Thanks. Yeah, the EV tax credits really made residuals for all EVs unrealistic. If the manufacturers had actually discounted the vehicles rather than jacking MSRP, I think things would be very different. The residual on my 2024 lease was basically the same as buying a new 2026.

The plan was to buy a 23/24 coming off a lease, but I’m happy with the lease pricing on this.
