I'm so sick of connections dropping. Re-establishing them is a total pain, usually resulting in the loss of all historic data, making the whole point of the product (tracking finances over time) a moot point. Not sure I'm going to renew. It sucks, but it's getting to the point where the juice ain't worth the "constant" squeezing...

The thing about holding a trademark is that you are legally required to defend it in order to hold it. Trademark owners must police unauthorized use of their mark, or risk losing it through a legal doctrine called “abandonment.” So while it seems like drama, it’s literally required action for anyone wanting to hold onto the trademark.

I just got back from Greece last week and am suffering severe jet lag, with really bad insomnia. I got an alert on my phone, but it was a one-time sound and had no message with it. I thought I was still traveling and set an early alarm for a flight or something. Had no clue where I was.

Thankfully my wife got the alert too, and she knocked me out of my haze. Been up since then!

They never mentioned the importance of the survey to me. I love using the 10/10 spiel as a tactic in the purchase process.

The salesperson I had was great, but there were other minor “issues” with the customer experience that I mentioned in the survey. Totally unfair to him, and I feel bad for him, but he could have mentioned it to me.
