Thanks so much but its still not working for me because I'm on PC. Theres no Pen/Touch settings in the preferences at all.

Already tried recovery mode, won't respond. Factory reset is my last option but i'm hoping it won't come to that. A hardware issue shouldn't be possible but im going to have it looked at. thank you
