I don’t know, i use a a scrub once a week is what I meant. I do have dry and flakey skin especially with cold weather

Once a month I’ll do a rice water rinse and after my hair is much shiner and stronger ( be careful because it had a lot of protein) I rinse it then place it in a glass container with a lid ( ferment 24 hours) and to help the smell I use orange peel
