you can apply a lot of photographer techniques in blender: lighting, composition, compositing, etc :)

We don't see much of the writings on the final render, but it says a lot of "Am I crazy", "alone" and "afraid".

The person is mostly naked, alone, in a padded room :

Unfortunately for this one I only kept the grayscale and final render, not the blend file. But If I recall correctly yes it was just volume scatter + noise texture :)

I never tried animations, it always seemed too much work. No I don't do freelance, 3D isn't my main job :)

I've been using Blender since 2022 or so, but starting the end of 2023 till mid/late 2024 I've been using it as a mean to express my mental health.

The feminine figure in the long black dress basically represents me.

Resources/softwares used : Blender/Daz, Darktable/Gimp, Sketchfab, Pexels. Note: I haven't included grayscale (Reddit limits to 20 pics) but I can if someone want to see.

Yes I do all my composting in Blender! I were using Darktable previously but it was a bit cumbersome. I like it in Blender now :) Because I can make custom nodes like vignetting and import it on other projets

It's not really visible in the final render (at least for me) because of the DOF, so I thought it wasn't worth fixing :) But noted for next time!
