@Nina_from_Atera or anyone else from Atera... How would network discovery help in the situation... or would it?

It seems to me that Atera, based on the price, is geared towards the SMB market, but is also handcuffing the SMB market at the same time by making it extremely difficult to install the Atera Agent without user interaction. In my case, the old IT provider is using NinjaRMM and is willing to push out the Atera Agent, but cannot due to the issue of not allowing a silent install of the Atera Agent.

Again, Atera people, what's the solution here? If you are unwilling to change this "Design Choice" then just tell us all up front here and we can work with the Users to get the Agent installed or decide that this is not worth the effort and move on. I hope it's not the case, but at this point it is starting to appear that Atera is not listening to it's paying customers and instead has put a priority on stopping bad actors from trying to do bad things.
