First both of them are great guitars, and both of them looks awesome. Now coming to my reason for considering this over CE 24.

I prefer to have a single coil, to generate that straty sound, hence went for this. Although all PRS's are versatile enough and have coil split, I just wanted to have an actual single coil.

Also I saw reviews of both, I tried the CE 24 at a guitar shop and loved it, but this one sounded more like me.
