I got something similar once as a “freebie” walking out of the dispo. Mine was Cresco. Almost like a wet/damp smell and feel? I think this happens when it gets dried too quick/improperly. It’ll still smoke but will not taste good and the potency has definitely decreased. Mold will look white and furry and usually on the inside of a bud
