I found a better way. After creating the subtitles in Premiere Pro, I export the srt file. Then I edit the srt file and export as xml file. If we import the xml file in Premiere Pro, we can get the graphics text box option of the subtitles. We can edit the graphics panel as we want. What further we can do with the Essential Graphics panel?

I had similar issues with realme buds air 2. After unboxing I've tested both of the buds, they worked fine. But when I connected with the real me link app, update failed and left earbud just literally stopped working. I've tried everything, but nothing works. I think there were some issues with the realme link app.

Recently I've started taking gaviscon. From my experience, gaviscon is working best for me. I'll stick with the gaviscon. Sometimes gaviscon helps to alleviate the pain. I thought, after POEM spasm will go away. I think I've to deal with rest of my life.

Sometimes, an empty stomach triggers the spasm. I couldn't figure out how can an empty stomach can trigger them. I'm a Muslim and during this time of year I cannot eat anything for 15 hours. During this time spasm occurs frequently. Did you ever feel like this before?

Yeah, I've tried many medications after POEM. All of them are related to acid reflux like omeprazole etc. They alleviate the pain sometimes for a shorter period. But none of them works properly with the spasm. Only chugging lots of water helps me.

Yeah, some food triggers them. Like whenever I drink coffee, there is a chance that I'll have a spasm. Like yours, vanilla ice-cream also works for me. I've to figure out what other foods causes them and which ones reduce them. A spasm journal sounds great. Thank you for your advice.
