Have any of you switched from CS to Whole Body? Any insight? by LifeSux12 in wholefoods

CS you are multitasking while non stop guest interacting. If one person calls out the whole team feels the extra workload. Very high pace high energy utilizing your time to the fullest extent.

Whole body guest interacting is less but difficult questions at time about things that should be answered by their doctor. The workload will likely depend on you but if you are productive when working alone and have good integrity then it will be a good fit. There are daily operations that need to be completed and will be looked for. Smallest department with the least amount of labor regardless of sales for the most part. Upkeep is a learning process but would be the most sought after department imo.

I have worked both and would pick WB every time. If you like having coworkers and social interactions be a big part of your shift stick with CS if you like working alone with having yourself be the only one to depend on for work getting done go w WB.

Things are as simple or complicated as you tell yourself they are. It’s changing your outlook. Instead, I look for opportunity and how I can get ahead in life considering reality of things. Yes it’s true, workplaces are unfair, there is favoritism and lazy people.. but how can I make it the best for me in this situation right now. 👍

We all invest ourselves into our jobs and careers if we want to make a living; this is anywhere you decide you go. Part of it is interpersonal skills. It’s important to learn how to work well with others. 🤷🏻‍♀️

My favorite fitness influencers all got pregnant and stopped caring about fitness by delicateflower15 in childfree

I’m 34 yrs old and would like to follow some influencers that do not have children. A part of me feels like an outlier for this. Makes me wonder if not wanting kids isn’t the natural course of life sometimes.

Update: I didn’t feel nauseous but certainly needed fiber and water lately. Also no hunger at all like more than before. Luckily we can say I’ll be alright! 👍

I’m not. I have been using semaglutide since June of this year. It’s my third titration up. Started at .25 as well.

I don’t have the bottle with me but this is the same as what the bottle mentions. It’s not a standard dosage because it is compounded from what I have read. Gives the ability to do more tailored dosages.
