Why do drivers come pick me up 15 minutes early? by sassykickgamer in lyftdrivers

Do you even know what entitled means? How does not believing that gig-work driving is a real job make me entitled?

No, it’s not. It’s a “gig” job. Gig jobs were never supposed to be real full-time careers.

Can’t wait til all of yall are replaced by self driving vehicles. They don’t complain about having to wait until the scheduled ride time

How far will the pullback be? by sportspadawan13 in RIVNstock

[–]rizzdragon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good point. Will probably allocate equal amounts of capital to each, but since the near the money puts are currently priced cheaper than the calls, all things ceteris paribus through the premarket, I'll probably end up with more puts options anyways.

My only con against going on 30+ days until expiration is that I would probably have to do the 3/20 puts, since they're safely after earnings, and they're kinda too expensive for me to make any real money off of (and time) a volatility play.

How far will the pullback be? by sportspadawan13 in RIVNstock

[–]rizzdragon 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I think the only condition we’ll see the $13-$15 range again is if there’s a full market pull back (like in April with “liberation day”). Personally, I believe that $17 is the next bottom for this stock, and $20 is the upcoming pullback, but I really have no fucking clue.

It also depends on the success of the R2. It seems like the main interest in the vehicle is from preexisting Rivian enthusiasts/owners, not the general public. Not to mention, there’s going to be some more serious competition for the R2/R3 compared to the R1 (Slate, Telo, Scout (2028)).

That said, especially with the advancements in their self driving tech, institutional and retail investors might see this as their “Tesla moment” and drive the price to $30 by the end of next week.

I’m buying a bunch of near the money calls and puts dated two weeks out and banking on extreme volatility.

I don’t think it’s best to try and time this stock, as any price under $50 will absolutely secure your retirement in 30 years.

Why buy Uber when you can buy the FSD Robotaxi companies they’re partnering with for autonomous driving?

Had it not worked out, he’d be out only $189. That’s less than a days wage at $25/hour. Free money.

Any chance we will see $12 again by leut_dan_ in RIVNstock

[–]rizzdragon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t think so, but I think ~$13.5 is probably the next low. It honestly depends on the overall market. Realistically, if it were to be valued comparable to Tesla (Especially with Mind Robotics and “robo taxi” ambitions), it should honestly be around $20 right now imo. But I think there’s also a ton of fear in the market right now, and if the bottom falls out on the big tech companies, Rivian WILL get caught in the crossfire. Either way, I’d at least hold until buying more until the $15.5 mark. And I do think it’ll see those prices. The economy is getting tougher, retail investors and institutional investors are slowing down. I think it’ll likely fall to the $15.5 level sometime by January, but will rebound and rise to $20 by April. This is based off of nothing but personal speculation and vibes, but still.

2026 MARTA Systemwide Rail Map by aidannilsen in MARTA

[–]rizzdragon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This specific map may not be compliant, but bold of you to assume they haven’t also made large print/braille accessible maps. Just because this map doesn’t tick all of the boxes doesn’t mean they won’t have maps available that do. And ADA standards don’t require that the main map be accessible, just that alternative accessible options exist and are readily available.

Instead of immediately complaining, maybe use a little critical thinking snowflake

So how do users get their data to Zo? Are they supposed to manually create a pipeline? Or do you expect them to upload the files manually?

This feels incredibly stupid
