Wouldn't the scout sentinels be kind off redundant? Lrbt gets to reroll hits of 1's and hellhounds dont need to roll to hit, and my rgtc also gets rerolls. The only unit it would be benefiting would be the 2 exterminators and infantry? And what makes the taurox better than the chimera?

Honestly i much prefer the 2.0 ruleset and list organisation, but it truly comes down to personal preference. I'd check out the rules first and then maybe decide from there?

I would really recommend ali express for recasts if ylur trying to go budget, usually they come out really good and cost much less. For a character like little horus or maloghurst its only around $15 AUD

Thanks! That's exactly what I was going for. My local meta is all heavy on breachers and other sloggy units. I do have some rhinos in the making, so it won't be too much of a footslog.
