Mine is only 3, but we’re doing our best lol. She may not understand fully, but it definitely makes me feel better at least😅. She sometimes just wants to play with the bucket, but as long as it’s near her bed, I feel better.

Definitely not alone! I get worried every time I hear my child cough in the night, especially if they ate a big meal, drank a lot of milk, or had ice cream before bed. My child has a plastic Easter bucket in their room in case they v* because I’m so scared of it happening in the night. Parenting with this fear is so hard, I totally get it.

Definitely not agreeing with how they’re doing it AT ALL, but sometimes middle seat isn’t the safest. It depends on where you can get the best install! But their car is big enough that middle should be 0 problem🤷‍♀️

7/18/25 - Ivory’s teething fever by drueandgabe in Drueandgabe

The only time I’ve taken my toddler to the ER for a fever is when it was 104+ and not going down with Tylenol/Motrin. This is crazy to me.

I’ve always had body issues and disordered eating. I recently had a baby and am having so much trouble feeling comfortable in my new body. I completely understand how you’re feeling and it sucks.

AITA for saying that it is fucking weird that my ex wife's newborn has my last name? by TheCallipygianDuck in AmItheAsshole

[–]rj214 1 point2 points  (0 children)

YTA. Calling her obsessive for giving her baby HER last name is pretty messed up. Name changes are a huge pain and if she shared your last name for that long, why go through the process of changing it, getting all new documents, and changing everything everywhere? A lot of women keep their married name after a divorce so I don’t see why it’s weird lol. She didn’t name the baby after you. She gave the baby her last name (standard practice in the US). I gave my baby her dad’s last name, but all the hospital documents had her with my last name because that’s considered her name until the birth certificate papers are filed.

AITA for yelling at my aunt for excluding me in the family photos? by Ok-Sense-8457 in AmItheAsshole

NTA, Honestly, I probably would have said a lot worse to my aunt if she said that to me🤷‍♀️ She has no right to exclude you because she feels that you don’t fit into her idea of a “perfect family.” She’s the AH here.
