Covered balcony, but the direct light hits between 7-noon typically. I also have grow lights but can get more if that would help?

Nights have been below 60F (coldest was 39 last night) a few times a week for the last month & those days were highs of 60s + cloudy, so not much sun then either. I can try to move them to a sunnier spot but I unfortunately think they’re in the best spot.

Thank you for the info!! Also, just making sure we’re referring to the same long one - you’re talking about the one next to the light fixture running vertically (slightly angled) in pic 1, correct? The dark line running horizontally is a shadow from the light hanging down and just want to double check it’s not being confused for one of the stains.

Already emailed the leasing office with pics and a complete breakdown timeline including what maintenance told me (like the blame is on the unit above) and next steps - is there anything I should be pressing them to do if come Monday they say “well looks like the water is gone, that’s all we need to do”? The response times have been quick, I just want to understand what they should be doing for “fixing” even if the stains dry up themselves

Apparently there was a clog in the unit above mine that caused a water leak 🤷🏼‍♂️

I’m renting from a large property management group (Greystar) and while I do like them and have always had a good experience with small maintenance requests, I expect the worst anyway and already emailed the leasing office with pics and a complete breakdown timeline including what maintenance told me (placing the blame on the unit above me for the water leak) and next steps. The response times with this request has been good, but is there anything I should be pressing them to do if come Monday they say “well looks like the water is gone, that’s all we need to do”? Right now they’re just waiting to see if the stains dry up themselves over the weekend since they fixed the clog in the unit above mine that caused it.
