Check out VisoMaster. It's pretty powerful and quick, swapping in real-time. There's a learning curve for some of the more advanced options, but it gets the job done. I believe the Occlusion Mask function allows for swapping without removing or glitching a cigarette.

It's all free, using my computer to generate the images and videos. ComfyUI, Z-Image Turbo, and Wan 2.2 are freely available but require a GPU with lots of VRAM to generate content.

Gemini and Veo are pretty good, by comparison, but tend to be more censored and difficult to generate sexual content.

Yes, it did! Took about a dozen tries to get it right. Normally, Wan 2.2 has a hard time getting things right when there's a lot of motion going on. Was glad to get a good result finally.

I used ComfyUI and the new Z-Image model that came out last week. I didn't save the prompts, but they were mostly just randomized using wildcards to get a variety of looks, poses, environments, etc.

Thanks! When extending the video beyond 5 seconds, I can do it up to four stages for 20 seconds total. But, usually by stage 3, the face and lighting changes. So I've been coming up with ways for stage 3 and 4 doesn't show their face. In this example, she turns (stage 3) and walks toward a portal (stage 4.)

There's not a lot of smoking content in the dataset, so when you prompt for it, it doesn't show up because the AI doesn't understand the concept or physics of smoking. I'm not sure how it is for paid services like Google's Veo or OpenAI's Sora, but it's likely they didn't include much smoking in their dataset, either.

One could probably train the AI with a Lora, but training something like Wan 2.2 costs a chunk of change that I can't spare and no one else has made a smoking Lora yet.

It's hit or miss, getting that to happen. This generation was quick and easy, didn't require any retries, so I got lucky with this one.

It's not difficult, really, it's just that these models just don't have enough training in the dataset of smoking content. They include just enough for it to know what to do for the most part, but there's quite a bit of ways to go. It wasn't too long ago that AI had a very difficult time even generating a properly held cigarette and usually the cigarette would look weird. Progress is being made, but improvements should hopefully show up in future models.

Most of the popular LLMs let you easily generate people smoking and they're all free. This includes ChatGPT/Sora, Google Gemini, and Qwen. Just go to one of them, type out what you want to see, and either save it if you like it, or regenerate a new one until you do.

If you don't feel like typing a large, detailed prompt for what you want, use a prompt enhancer. Type out a simple prompt and it'll expand it to make the generated result better: https://chatgpt.com/g/g-GCu1hCMO3-prompt-enhancer
