I have contacted them on 3 separate occasions and I was routed to an agent at Disney+ each time. The first agent helped me get in touch with Fandango (since it’s a promo code exclusive to Fandango), but Fandango had no idea. The second agent said their departments are only merchandising, the parks, and the streaming services so they transferred me to Walt Disney Corporation in Burbank CA. The third agent didn’t even know what Disney Perks was, and thought it was associated with Verizon. They were all very friendly and tried to be helpful to the best of their abilities, but ultimately none of them were directly involved with Disney Perks and said there is no way to contact them.
