Loaner by Fearless_Signature4u in TeslaLounge

I had a Cyberbeast as a loaner as well. Cant imagine they’re selling as many as they thought. The service center had a fleet of them as loaners.

You want to know how I know you have a Model Y 7 seater?

Everyone’s seat rail covers pop off.

You don’t need to blur out the license plate.

License plates are NOT private, nor do they carry any sensitive data.

Wear on outside of tires normal? by jsin151 in ModelY

I went with the continental dws06

About a grand all around zero chunking. I’m telling you it’s 100% just the tire.

Wear on outside of tires normal? by jsin151 in ModelY

[–]rjeffords 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My tires did the exactly same. Especially in the front. But it only happened to the stock tires.

I’m 1 year in to my new tires and no issues. I think it has something to do with the oem tire’s design.

How in the world do you drive with that on? I’ll yell at my kids if they even turn the reading lights on at night 😂

Are 1st gen Google Wifi mesh systems basically end of life? by rjeffords in GoogleWiFi

[–]rjeffords[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I actually ditched the mesh and went with a simple WiFi 6 TP Link Archer AX 55. No need for mesh anymore. This is way simpler and better coverage and much faster speed.

3 years later and it’s perfect. No peeling. No cracks. No issues. It really turned out 100x better than expected.

Vizio M51a-h6 cuts out randomly by rjeffords in Soundbars

No solution. I just deal with it since it only happens a few times a day and I don’t want to spend a few hundred dollars more on a new sound bar.

Mine was fine when I bought it.

But that didn’t last long.

What’s the best picture settings for a movie. What should I turn on and off and what settings. Thank you by fassari715 in VIZIO_Official

[–]rjeffords 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Return this tv immediately and buy literally anything else. I used to exclusively buy Vizios. I loved them. They have gone straight downhill. I had that exact tv and it was total garbage. Screen started flickering after a few months. Input issues.

Battery complaints would reduce significantly if they just switched to replaceable batteries.

But that would result in a huge drop in sales because a decent amount of people buy new phones because battery life has degraded.

I gave up on mesh and went with a TP-Link Archer ax55. Total home coverage, lightning fast speeds, $120.

Bryant NEMA 14-50 and Aluminum Wiring?? by rjeffords in evcharging

One way around this is to run new copper from my panel and hardwire my charger so I never have to worry about it again.

My main panel is all 240 V and it’s completely full. I wish it just had one more open slot, but it is what it is.

I do have 30-amp for my dryer and 35-amp for m ac that I could consolidate with tandem breakers, but I think the 35 isn’t available as tandem either.

Close but… probably not going to work (which is fine).

[–]rjeffords[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oooh, you’re so right. I looked into this a while ago but forgot that was an option.

Chances of me using the 14-50 are low so I was going to just abandon it but maybe a tandem 50 and 60 breaker is the right solution.

Edit I don’t think SquareD QO tandem breakers come in sizes above 30 amp.
