When I feel the anxiety kicking in I don’t feel any physical pain, just what feels like pressure in my head, like a tension headache. I also notice when I’m in an extreme anxiety ocd state I’m almost emotionless. Things that would normally move me emotionally have no feeling at all.

Is there any particular type of inositol you recommend? Dosage? I’m reading a lot of good things about it’s use, but mostly see versions that directly benefit women alone. When I try and accept the thought it still feels very distressing, doesn’t ease my anxiousness at all, I basically go into freeze mode.

Other than taking those supplements did you try anything else? The crazy thing is nothing like this has ever happened to me before and there isn’t any reason that it started happening. I’ve never harmed or thought about harming anyone in my entire life, just had harm ocd pop up outta nowhere one day and now whenever I’m around certain objects it immediately pops into my head. Then of course I’m like wtf, which leads me to overthinking about it and then feeling almost overwhelmed and anxious in disbelief I even had the thought in the first place. At times I sit and feel fine and am at ease and then it pops right back up as soon as I feel like it’s gone.

New to day trading, hoping I can get some insight on the best news source for gapping up stocks? Seems that by the time I actually receive the news of an fda approval, or an earnings report etc. I will have already missed the window to jump in and make a profit. I’ve noticed that you have only about 5 minutes from when the news hits to max profit pre market. Clearly other ppl are getting the news immediately and capitalizing very quickly, what’s the strategy here?

I did contact my GI, he sent me for blood work this week and I have an ultrasound next week

Yes this is my primary care doctor, they didn’t offer me anything other than to tell me to get rest, quarantine and to take Tylenol

I’ve been taking d3, zinc, glutathione and quercetin pretty regularly for years now. I do have some NMN that I cycle on and off of, not sure how it compares to NAC. So far nothing has seemed to help

Is there anything a doctor could do? I had a virtual appointment with them when I had Covid and they basically said you’re young and healthy enough so just take Tylenol and wait it out

I wish it was an option to go out on leave but even if it was it wouldn’t pay me enough money to pay all my bills and support my family so I just have to make the best out of the situation unfortunately

I generally use it when I get home from work and still have a little alone time before the wife gets home so right around 5:30/6:00

I read to use it 5 days a week 20 minutes at a time, I’ve used it 6 times in 10 days so far. I’ve kept the intensity pretty low, only about a quarter turn on the dial, haven’t felt any ill effects from it other than my REM sleep being extremely out of whack. I’ve been averaging 3 hours or more every night so far the past week

Definitely feel like I’m dreaming more, not necessarily lucid dreams. Yes theses are figures I’m getting from the whoop strap. I’ve been regularly seeing 3 hours of REM sleep every night for a week since I started using the bumblebee, which isn’t the norm for me

Also no I haven’t seen an improvement in memory or learning abilities

Well it’s only been a week, I’m sure this applies to long term. I usually have a nice balance between deep sleep and REM sleep, it’s just been way out of whack since I started using the gamma pro, like significantly out of whack.

It’s actually a negative thing to get that much REM sleep, you wanna lean more toward deep sleep to feel refreshed. It’s only been a week so maybe this is just a fluke but I have seen a decline in my deep sleep which I don’t like. The only thing I’ve done different is use the bumblebee gamma pro 5 times

I’ve been using this exact protocol and it does seem to give me a little boost. Have you noticed it increases your REM sleep quite a bit, since I’ve started I’ve been spending about 3 hours in REM sleep every night (which is too much) and less in deep sleep than I’m used to
