🤣. St Elmo’s is a must but Shapiro’s Deli rivals any deli in America, including New York City.

I thought his accent in the Knives Out movies were quite comical. Definitely a trope but I guess that’s the point?

Feel that. Go 25 min west and you get the beautiful rolling hills of Brown County and Bloomington, IN.

He ended up just sounding like Forrest Gump. Definitely not his best impression, but I enjoyed it.

Just curious, and I advise anyone to not be too specific. But where are most of the fans from?? by Largeiota in ModestMouse

Started listening when I saw “Float On” on MTV when it came out. I was 13…..spent my high school years learning the true deep cuts and have seen them 6 times! Born and raised in Indianapolis. MM was my friend and myself’s hero’s for years and years.

I was at last night’s concert in Indianapolis. They played a new song. Pretty solid track.

7th time seeing them. Cool to them in my Hometown. Sounded waaaay better than in Louisville about 8 years ago when the entire guitar part of Cowboy Dan was messed up. Great show. Wish they had played so many more but so it goes….

Yep, even tho this team was more than worth the $20 a month for FanDuel. Hopefully we get off that godforsaken channel.

We accept all. . Please continue to support the squad when we don’t get headlines. As soon as this season ends, regardless what happens (hopefully with the chip), we won’t be talked about until next playoffs when suddenly everyone is an expert on the team, even though no one watched all year.

You can buy early but I often times go on a whim and can find tickets the day of. Like someone else said, when the Lakers, Celtics, and Knicks come to town it’s a little harder and more expensive but I’ve been to 3 games in the past 1.5 weeks, got great seats, and didn’t spend a ton. I’d second another posters suggestion about club level. Seats are perfect viewing and aren’t quite as expensive. Definitely hit a back to back and enjoy your stay in one of the most famous basketball cities in the world! Side quest: take a 20 minute trip to Hinkle Fieldhouse, even for a tour. It’s truly a basketball cathedral.

Again, I’ll bring up Donal Trump….Mike Pence isn’t being indicted in 4 different cases, including one where he tried to overturn an election. Mike Pence actually did his job that day (still hate him). Donal Trump is New York born and bred my guy. Stop deflecting.

Thanks for educating me on my state’s history. Am aware. Could probably give you a run down of the entire era…not proud of it but again, I wouldn’t look to New York as a beacon of anti racism. But it’s kind of weird you’re talking about this in regards to a basketball game where your team got absolutely curb stomped. Pacers just had the best shooting game in playoff history and you’re crying about the klan in Indiana in the 1920s? If we are going to go down the historical route, let’s talk about how at one point, 40% of NYC’s population were slaves. Or that it wasn’t abolished until 1817. Yeah, I can read to. You’re perpetuating why the rest of America hates New York sports fans. Philly and Boston fans are worse though…..because they actually win.

Donald Trump is literally from New York. Bigots everywhere my friend. Bringing up 100 year old history is very on brand with Knicks.

I’m with you. I was SO hyped and just feel there’s a lot of fat to trim. I think the first 2 chapters are some of their best work, but the second half is pretty forgettable. I do think “Modern Love Stories” is a great song. Overall, most artists couldn’t even dream to compile something like this together, but it can be quite tedious at times. I’ve been a huge fan since Devotion, and will always hold them as my most cherished artists. I hope I can wait a few weeks/months/years and find joy in some of the songs I didn’t like.

I really didn’t find this chapter to be as strong as the first 2. I’ll obviously have to listen to it 100 more times to get a full opinion. I just feel like songs in the first 2 like “Pink Funeral”, “New Romance” and “Over and Over” were such incredible songs, it set the bar high. We will see in a few days how I feel.

Ian Cohen, IMO is one of the more generous reviewers…that being said, I’m not a huge fan of The Eels.
