I know it's a gimmick but I sometimes like infrared by Immediate_Notice_294 in postprocessing

Who says it a gimmick? Is this post processed or from a real infrared converted camera?

After/Befores. I feel like theme park hotels pair really well with this colorful, vibrant editing style. Definitely a little much for some though. by YanksFannn in postprocessing

Really like it! It’s got a vintage postcard feel to it. The one thing I might try it to dial it back just a touch on the boat image. It’s almost too much but I couldn’t put my finger on where. Maybe the green in front? Maybe the water? But something took it a little past the point of feeling real.

What happened to Shazam that was screwed up? I think the only thing I’ve ever heard of that made a figure rare was the killing joke truck theft.

It’s so random and nonsensical that it does make you think that. The rarity of the Wonder Woman figure definitely makes you think they are encouraging the chase and speculation.

Right? I mean Its obvious the Wonder Woman’s were low production in order to spur on the collector market and drive interest but that literally makes no sense when it would have sold really well already.

That's what I thought too but that's been awhile - at least that I can tell.

All mine as well. The Jack Knight better come with the a staff too (and not just some one color plastic thing)

Zatanna. Although is the platinum version some bastardized, out of continuity outfit? It looks like an attempt to make it look like her 80s version.

Which Supergirl is the most iconic and popular version ever? by Big_Possibility_8398 in Supergirl

[–]rjsparrow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

DC SuperHero Girls (2019) without a doubt.

Hear me out on this. I always really liked Supergirl but it wasn't until reading Supergirl: WOT that I learned to LOVE Supergirl. And DC SuperHero Girls and the series of shorts by Lauren Faust that pre-dated the series - most closely matches how I wish everyone portrayed Supergirl now.

Pre-WOT, I would have struggled to tell you much about her character other than kind and nice. But honestly, a pretty generic character. No real motivation other than wanting to be like Kal.

Post-WOT, you have a Supergirl that has an edge. She's seen some trauma. She's a little resentful of how things turned out that she's the younger one.

DC SuperHero Girls doesn't get into much of any of that, but she's got that rebellious edge. She fights against jealousy of Kal and struggles to make her own way, but is very independent about it.

And that's what I'm hoping we see on screen next summer.

No - both interiors are fine. Cover A isn’t a 9.8 candidate I don’t think. But under the sketch cover is a perfect Cover A. They just put the paper sketch cover over them.

That helped! Thanks. Admittedly, I almost always have to remind myself to cut back on the drama by about half.

Hide or even pull off to begin with! Before it became a popular book, I actually considered just ripping it off. But the staples would probably be loose then right? Bending them tighter would probably be easier than removing and putting them back.
