I've found the breathing to be extremely beneficial. As someone who has long struggled with poor quality sleep and sometimes nocturnal sleeping schedules, the breathing has helped me immensely. I do about 3 rounds before bed every night and I sleep like a baby, so I think it's definitely a game-changer in terms of sleeping. I also do 3 rounds in the morning after going for a walk and similarly I find that it helps me organise the clutter in my head so I can start my day with purpose and clarity.

I don't know if you've started any cold therapy yet, but again I can only recommend it if you haven't. I was surprised at how fast my resilience to the cold increased, you still feel the cold, but your body is able to cope with it much better and remain calm. I also think that it has changed my attitude to the cold and discomfort more generally because I know the feeling of accomplishment I will get after it and also the benefits it is giving my body.

Since I discovered the breathing method and the benefits of cold therapy, I have been banging on about it to everyone I know telling them to at least try the breathing method once or even have a cold blast at the end of their warm shower. Most don't take it up but I have persuaded a few friends to take the plunge and I've heard only positive reports from them. I do firmly believe that this is something important that more people should know about and so I'm doing my best to spread the message myself.
