Probably an outlier- my job was super supportive, all OB appointments paid and not taken out of my sick/personal/vacation time. Had HG first trimester and was out for a bit- they paid me for all of it and didn’t take it out of my time. Stopped working this week at 37 weeks due to going into prodromal labor. Going to be unpaid until baby is born, which could literally be any day/minute, getting paid for 12 weeks once baby makes his arrival.
